Abdul Kaprr Dumbuya, Founder and Executive Director of SEPSiL, is an enthusiastic and highly motivated personality with a strong development and health communication background. He has been practicing for two decades now, serving in various professional capacities in local and international organizations in the implementation of community development projects including health promotion, peace building and social cohesion, and environmental conservation and protection. Mr. Dumbuya’s work has immensely contributed to global efforts to mitigating the effects of climate change on vulnerable populations in the subregion.
Mr. Dumbuya currently holds a Master of Public Health degree (University of Makeni), a BSc in Development and Economics (Institute of Advanced Management and Technology, then affiliated to Njala University), and a Diploma in Social work (Milton Margai College of Education Technology).
